SHSG CALLS FOR TALKS ON ALTERNATIVE GCSE PROVISION

In the interests of students and their parents, The SHSG (Secular Humanist Society Gibraltar), has respectfully requested a meeting with The Hon. Gilbert Licudi regarding the ongoing 'Alternative GCSE for RE' situation in Westside & Bayside comprehensive schools. The SHSG believes that it would be advantageous for all concerned to hold talks to clarify the current situation in the hope that a resolution can be found that will ensure that students taking their options this year are given solid information and have the ability to plan accordingly. The Society appreciate the efforts made by the Department of Education to this matter to date.
